Charli Black serves as Executive Assistant to CEO and Founder Britany Boatwright, playing a key role in the daily operations, strategic initiatives, and continued growth of MaX House. With a unique blend of operational expertise, marketing leadership, and creative vision, she helps turn big-picture goals into actionable plans while keeping the organization running efficiently behind the scenes.

As Britany’s right hand, Charli manages high-level projects, coordinates business priorities, oversees internal systems and communication, and helps ensure that company initiatives move from idea to execution. She works closely with leadership, agents, and partners across the organization, serving as a central point of connection that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.

In addition to her executive support role, Charli continues to lead many of the brokerage’s marketing efforts, including brand strategy, content development, event promotion, recruiting campaigns, and agent-facing marketing resources. Her ability to combine creative thinking with operational structure allows her to build systems that support both company growth and agent success.

With a background in photography, branding, marketing, and real estate operations, Charli brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every project she touches.
